FINAL GIRLS is a death metal quartet creeping from the depths of northern New Jersey. Founded in late 2021, FINAL GIRLS rose from the grave as a band that pays homage to the classic horror trope of the “Final Girl” while encompassing spine-chilling riffs, piercing vocals, and brutal breakdowns. 

In 2022, FINAL GIRLS released their first single titled “Population Control” which quickly became a favorite amongst listeners. In 2023, the band released their debut album “Occult Classic” featuring songs “Vendetta,” “Guillotine,” and “Slash Her!” This album quickly gave the group an audience outside their local scene as the release was met with a positive reception in the underground hardcore community. Since the release of “Occult Classic,” FINAL GIRLS would then continue pushing the envelope of heavy music by blending elements of both brutal death metal and hardcore into their later releases. 

In 2024, FINAL GIRLS released a single titled “Arachne” along with their first official music video to further solidify their thirst for blood. The video - a brutal and gory homage to horror classics like “Saw” - depicts the FINAL GIRLS in a kidnapping scene, in which they strike and become the killers themselves. This single became the prelude to their EP “Prey on the Weak” featuring “Arachne” along with “The Gallows” and “Parasite.” 

As one of the 2022 USA Wacken Metal Battle national finalists, FINAL GIRLS has used their position to outdo themselves in both musicality and performance. The quartet has opened up for notable acts such as Suffocation, Stabbing, and Mortician and continues to gain a cult following in both the live music environment and the realm of social media.
